Frequently asked questions
What is VYBES Mood?
A drink built to support a calmer, steadier state of mind with 300mg of magnesium glycinate in an organic lemonade base. Because how you feel shapes everything.
How much should I drink?
One a day. Morning, afternoon, or evening. Whichever moment you want to claim back. Consistency beats quantity: see the 30-day arc.
Does VYBES need to be refridgeraetd?
No.
VYBES is shelf-stable and can be stored at room temperature unopened until the best buy date.
We recommend enjoying it chilled. Once opened, please consume within one day.
What does VYBES taste like?
Organic lemonade base. Tart, lightly sweet, genuinely refreshing.
We believe wellness products shouldn’t taste like wellness products.
Why should I subscribe?
Because magnesium works cumulatively. Repletion isn't a one-bottle event. The Better Mood Club exists so day 31 looks like day 30.
Where is VYBES made?
Our drinks are proudly made in California.
Does VYBES contain caffeine?
No. That's the point. We support calm; we don't borrow energy you'll pay back at 4pm.
What is the Return Policy?
We do not allow returns or exchanges on any VYBES orders due to the nature of our product unless the product is damaged or defective as a result of a manufacturing mistake.
If you purchased VYBES, and something is wrong, please send us a message at help@idrinkvybes.com with your full name, order number, flavors, best buy date, and images so we can see what is wrong.
We will replace all damaged and defective product, including the cost to ship a replacement to you.
I own a store. How do I stock VYBES?
VYBES ships through 50+ distributors nationally, including UNFI and KeHE. Email help@idrinkvybes.com with your store name and address and we'll get you set up.
Can I drink it with other supplements/medications?
VYBES is a food-grade beverage, but if you take medication or have a health condition, check with your doctor - they know your situation; we don't.
Is it safe for kids / during pregnancy?
VYBES is formulated for adults. If you're pregnant or nursing, ask your doctor first.
