30 Day Guarantee

Every 12-pack ordered on idrinkvybes.com comes with our 30 Day Guarantee. Drink one a day for 30 days. If you don't feel a difference, we'll refund you. No return needed.

Request your refund within 30 days of the delivery date. The guarantee covers 12-packs ordered on idrinkvybes.com. Purchases from stores and other websites are not covered. We offer one guarantee refund per customer. We refund the cost of the product. Shipping and handling are not refunded.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or your package is lost (tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or it shows as delivered but never arrived), email hello@idrinkvybes.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo of any damage. You can choose a refund or a replacement. For damaged orders, we replace the broken bottles. We cover the cost of shipping any replacement.

Returns

Because our drinks are perishable, we don't accept returns of opened or unopened product. You never need to send anything back, whether you're using the 30 Day Guarantee or reporting a damaged order, so returns never cost you anything.
